Upper Buena Vista is where we are. Our studio at 5026 NE 2nd Ave #303 has ARX Alpha, ARX Omni, the EnergyLounger red light bed, and Shiftwave—strength and recovery in one place. Clients from across Miami-Dade come here to train, recover, and get the supplements we use. We opened October 2024. In-studio ARX, red light, recovery—this is it.

We reply within 24 hours, usually same day. Book online for the fastest slot; same-day and next-day often open, especially for red light. ARX and Shiftwave by appointment—book at least a day ahead for weekends. Need a specific time? Put it in the notes. New clients get a short run-through.
